Spring Art (April-May 2025)
Drawing with Color
Students will learn color theory and drawing techniques (observation, shading, contour, texture) in multiple media, such as oil pastel, chalk pastel, colored pencil, and marker. We will be focusing on the many ways to use color effectively in our artwork. Subject matter will include still life, portraits, animals, and close-up object drawings. We will also work on a couple collaborative projects!
All ages, 5 and up
Tuesdays 12:45-1:45pm
Wednesdays 3:30-4:30 pm
Thursdays 3:15-4:15pm or 4:30-5:30pm
Fridays 3:15-4:15 pm

Summer Art Camps 2025
Mixed Media Animals
We will explore the fun world of mixed media, using a combination of collage, watercolor, pastel, acrylic, and marker to create animal masterpieces! Students will learn art skills such as observation, composition, color theory, texture, and more.
June 9-13

Clay creations
Join us for our annual summer clay camp! Students will practice basic clay techniques such as pinch, coil, slab, stamping, sgraffito, slip and score in brand new projects. We will hone our clay techniques while getting creative! (*We will be using air dry clay for this class.)
July 7-11

General Camp Schedule:
1 hour art lesson
30 minute outside play (trampoline, four-square, soccer, volleyball, etc) and snack
1 hour art lesson and clean-up

Private and Semi-Private Lessons are available. I will customize classes according to the student’s interest and schedule. Please contact me for more info.
General Pricing (can vary depending on subject matter): $60/hour for one student, $80/hr for 2-3 students, $20/hr per student for a class of 4 or more. Drawing and Painting supplies are included, additional supply fee for jewelry, clay, or sculpture.
